PHMSA Adopts ASME Code and National Board Inspection Code for Hazardous Materials

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has made the American Society of Mechanical Engineers' (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section XII (2010 Edition) and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors' National Board Inspection Code (2007 Edition) available for public review on its website, extending the comment period for the previously published notice.
