FRA Publishes Final Environmental Impact Statement for DesertXpress High-Speed Passenger Train Project
The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has issued a notice announcing the availability of a Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the DesertXpress High-Speed Passenger Train Project, a proposed 200-mile passenger-only railroad from Victorville, California, to Las Vegas, Nevada.
