BNSF Railway Company-Temporary Trackage Rights Exemption-Union Pacific Railroad Company: Exemption Revoked

The Surface Transportation Board revoked a temporary exemption for BNSF Railway Company to use trackage rights from Union Pacific Railroad Company, allowing the rights to expire on December 10, 2011, as agreed upon by the parties, subject to certain employee protective conditions.
