FMCSA Grants Exemption to Flatbed Carrier Safety Group for Metal Coil Transportation
The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has granted an exemption to the Flatbed Carrier Safety Group, allowing motor carriers to transport metal coils in a manner not covered by current regulations, with the goal of maintaining equivalent or greater safety levels.
