FHWA Rescinds Notice to Prepare Tiered Environmental Impact Statement for Northwest Loop Project

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is withdrawing its January 16, 2009, notice to prepare a tiered Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Northwest Loop project in Sandoval and Bernalillo Counties, New Mexico, due to a lack of further progress on the project.
