Wisconsin Central Ltd. Receives Exemption for Intra-Corporate Family Merger of Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railway Company and Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway Company

Wisconsin Central Ltd. has been granted an exemption to merge with the Duluth, Missabe and Iron Range Railway Company and the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway Company, both of which are part of its intra-corporate family. The merger is expected to take place in the near future.
