Mango Promotion, Research, and Information Order; Nominations of Foreign Producers and Election of Officers

The proposed rule would expand eligibility for foreign producers to submit names for appointment to the National Mango Board, while also introducing flexibility in the timing of officer elections, a change proposed by the Board in accordance with the 1996 Commodity Promotion, Research, and Information Act.
