Agricultural Marketing Service Proposes 2013 Cotton Classification Fees

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is proposing to maintain the same user fees for cotton producers for 2013 crop cotton classification services as in 2012, at $2.20 per bale, under the Cotton Statistics and Estimates Act of 1923 and the Cotton Standards Act.
