USDA Publishes Proposed New System of Records for Grain Inspection and Packers

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking public comment on a proposed new system of records, PAS, to enforce the Packers and Stockyards Act and manage case files, data monitoring, and reporting for the Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration.
