CFTC Secures Court Order Directing Florida Man to Pay Over $6 Million for Options Fraud and Imposing Trading Bans

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has obtained a court order requiring a Florida resident to pay more than $6 million for engaging in options fraud and to be barred from trading. The individual was found guilty of violating federal securities laws.
