USDA Declines to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Non-Rock Alternatives to Shoreline Protection Demonstration Project in Louisiana

The Natural Resources Conservation Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, has decided not to prepare an environmental impact statement for the Non-Rock Alternatives to Shoreline Protection Demonstration Project in Iberia, Jefferson, and Lafourche Parishes, Louisiana, citing exemptions under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
