Dow AgroSciences LLC Extends Comment Period for Environmental Impact Statement on Herbicide-Resistant Corn and Soybeans

Dow AgroSciences LLC is extending the comment period for a notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) on herbicide-resistant corn and soybeans, and is hosting virtual public meetings to gather public comments. The company is seeking a determination of nonregulated status for three cultivars of the crops.
