CFTC Requests Comments on Exemption for Certain Over-the-Counter Swaps

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking public input on whether to exempt certain over-the-counter (OTC) swaps from specific requirements imposed by Commission Regulation 35.2, with a request from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) and the Board of Trade of the City of Chicago, Inc. (CBOT) to clear agricultural swaps.
