CCC to Include Certificates of Quota Eligibility in Sugar Purchase and Exchange

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) plans to expand its sugar purchase and exchange program to include Certificates of Quota Eligibility (CQEs) issued under the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement and the United States-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement, building on the June 18, 2013, announcement.
