USDA Revises Frozen Vegetable Standards to Single Letter Grades

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has updated eight US Standards for Grades of Frozen Vegetables to single letter grades, replacing dual grade nomenclature, and revised contact information for obtaining copies of the standards.
