USDA Proposes Revision to Onion Standards

The US Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is proposing to update the United States Standards for Grades of Creole Onions to allow for mixed colors in specialty packs and remove the 'Unclassified' category, aiming to better reflect modern marketing practices and provide industry flexibility.
