Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program for Fiscal Year 2013 Amendment

The Rural Housing Service (RHS) is extending the eligibility of properties under the Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program for Fiscal Year 2013 to include Farm Labor Housing properties financed by Rural Development, ensuring all eligible properties are included. This change is a result of an amendment to a Notice published on May 23, 2013 (78 FR 30854-30860).
