USDA Withdraws Duplicate Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System Notice

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has withdrawn a previously published notice regarding the Phytosanitary Certificate Issuance and Tracking System, USDA-APHIS-13, due to an error in publication, which occurred on August 9, 2013, (78 FR 48642-48644).
