US Establishes Procedures for Paper and Paper-Based Packaging Promotion Referendum

The US government has set procedures for a referendum on a proposed rule, Paper and Paper-Based Packaging Promotion, Research and Information Order, to determine if manufacturers and importers support the issuance of the order, which will also be used for future referendums.
