USDA Approves Transfer of Kika de la Garza Subtropical Research Center Land to Texas AôM University System

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the transfer of the Kika de la Garza Subtropical Research Center land in Texas to the Texas AôM University System, following a 30-day public comment period that began on August 2, 2013.
