USDA Approves Transfer of JPC-NRCC Land to University of Georgia

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for transferring the J. Phil Campbell, Sr., National Resource Conservation Center land in Georgia to the University of Georgia, following a 30-day public comment period that began in July 2013.
