Golden Valley Electric Association: Healy Power Plant Unit #2 Restart

The Rural Utilities Service has issued a Record of Decision for the Supplemental Final Environmental Impact Statement, allowing Golden Valley Electric Association to restart and operate Healy Unit 2, a power generation facility in Healy, Alaska, following a proposal submitted by GVEA.
