USDA Makes Cotton Quality Research Station Land Transfer Available for Review

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service has issued a Finding No Significant Impact (FONSI) for transferring the Cotton Quality Research Station land in Clemson, South Carolina, to Clemson University, following a 30-day public comment period that began on July 18, 2013.
