National Advisory Committee of Meat and Poultry Inspection to Review Safe Handling Instructions and Data Release Plan

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is convening the National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection (NACMPI) to gather input on two topics: enhancing safe food handling labels on meat and poultry packages and reviewing FSIS's Establishment-Specific Data Release Strategic Plan, which was developed in 2010.
