Loup River Public Power District Seeks Comments on Hydroelectric Project Application, Inviting Interventions and Protests

The Loup River Public Power District has accepted a filing for a hydroelectric project and is now soliciting comments, recommendations, and preliminary terms and conditions from the public, as well as motions to intervene and protests, ahead of environmental analysis and fishway prescription development.
