U.S. Department of Energy Grants Applications for Natural Gas Import and Export, Vacates Prior Authority

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy issued orders in July 2012 allowing for the import and export of natural gas, and revoked prior authority, as outlined in the attached appendix and available on the FE website.
