Notice is hereby given to an intent to grant to Radiation Detection Technologies, Inc., of Manhattan, Kansas, an exclusive license to practice the inventions described in U.S. Patent No. 6,545,281, entitled "Pocked Surface Neutron Detector". The invention is owned by the United States of America, as represented by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
