Authority Granted for Natural Gas and Liquefied Natural Gas Imports and Exports

Summary

The Office of Fossil Energy has granted authority to import and export natural gas and liquefied natural gas, and vacated prior authority, for several companies, including Excelerate Liquefaction Solutions I, LLC, and Hess Corporation, from August 2012.
