Gulf LNG Liquefaction Company, LLC Seeks 20-Year Authorization to Export Liquefied Natural Gas to Non-FTA Countries

The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy has received an application from Gulf LNG Liquefaction Company, LLC to export up to 11.5 million tons of liquefied natural gas per year to countries without a free trade agreement, with the potential to begin exports within 10 years of authorization approval.
