CE FLNG, LLC Seeks 30-Year Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

CE FLNG, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export up to 8 million tons of liquefied natural gas per annum to countries without a free trade agreement, with the potential to begin exports within 10 years of approval.
