Golden Pass Products LLC Seeks 25-Year Authorization to Export LNG to Non-FTA Countries

Golden Pass Products LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy's Office of Fossil Energy for long-term authorization to export liquefied natural gas produced from domestic natural gas resources to non-Free Trade Agreement countries for a period of 25 years, starting from the earlier of the date of first export or seven years after authorization is granted.
