U.S. Department of Energy Adopts Amendments to Energy Conservation Program Certification Dates

The U.S. Department of Energy is extending the compliance dates for manufacturers to submit certification reports for certain commercial and industrial equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, and water heating equipment, to December 31, 2013, and for automatic commercial ice makers to August 1, 2013.
