Re-evaluation of Pipeline Authorizations for Plains LPG Services, L.P. in the United States and Canada

The U.S. Department of State has re-examined the scope of authorizations for Plains LPG Services, L.P.'s existing pipeline facilities along the border with Canada, following the issuance of Presidential Permits in 2014. The review aims to clarify the permitted use of the pipelines, which were initially authorized for light liquid hydrocarbons, but may have been used for a broader range of hydrocarbons, including liquefied ones.
