US Department of State Withdraws Presidential Permit for Plains LPG Services' Pipeline Facilities on US-Canada Border

The US Department of State has withdrawn a request from Plains LPG Services, L.P. for a new Presidential Permit to operate existing pipeline facilities on the border of the US and Canada under the St. Clair River, following a re-evaluation of the historic authorization for two of the pipelines.
