Department of State Requests Emergency Approval for Employee Self-Certification Program

The Department of State is seeking emergency review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for its Employee Self-Certification and Ability To Perform in Emergencies (ESCAPE) Program, which requires employee self-certification and allows for a 180-day emergency approval period.
