U.S. Department of State Approves Final Environmental Assessment for NuStar Burgos Pipeline Projects

The U.S. Department of State has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the NuStar Burgos Pipeline Projects, allowing the Department to proceed with determining whether to issue Presidential Permits for the cross-border pipeline facilities projects, as required by Executive Order 13337.
