NuStar Logistics Seeks Amendment to 2003 Presidential Permit for Pipeline Operations

NuStar Logistics, L.P. is requesting a 30-day public comment period to amend its 2003 Presidential Permit to allow for the import and export of a wider range of refined petroleum products across the U.S.-Mexico border, following a name change and expansion of pipeline operations.
