U.S. Department of State Amends International Traffic in Arms Regulations for Export Control Reform

The U.S. Department of State is updating the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to align with the Export Administration Regulations, revising the destination control statement and making other minor changes as part of the President's Export Control Reform initiative.
