U.S. Department of State Revises Export Control Regulations

The U.S. Department of State has updated the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to clarify the definition of 'retransfer' and address public comments, as part of the President's Export Control Reform initiative, following a June 3, 2016, publication of an interim final rule.
