U.S. Department of State Introduces Service Passport Rule to Streamline Government Contracts

The U.S. Department of State has amended a regulation to establish a new service passport, which will be issued to non-personal services contractors who travel abroad in support of government contracts, aiming to reduce delays and fees incurred by the government due to foreign governments' lack of recognition of contractors' work.
