U.S. Visa Rule Changes Classification of Immediate Family Members

The U.S. government has amended visa classifications for immediate family members, revising eligibility requirements for adult sons and daughters and clarifying the definition of immediate family for G-4 visa classification, while also allowing qualified family members of certain nonimmigrants to be independently classified as NATO nonimmigrants.
