Semiannual Agenda and Fiscal Year 2013 Regulatory Plan
The Department of a regulatory plan for the upcoming fiscal year is required by the Regulatory Flexibility Act and Executive Order 12866, which also mandates the publication of a semiannual agenda of regulations. This notice fulfills these requirements.
