OSHA Rejects Arizona Standard for Fall Protection in Residential Construction

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has rejected Arizona's standard for fall protection in residential construction, but has deferred decision on reconsidering the Arizona State Plan's final approval status pending Arizona's expected repeal of the rejected standard.
