Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for OMB Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a revised information collection request for the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, which will be used to finalize payment or suspend compensation benefits, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
