Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Employee Benefits Security Administration sponsored information collection request related to furnishing documents to the Secretary of Labor, as required by ERISA Section 104(a)(6), and is submitting it to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
