OCC Amends Effective Date of Rule on Other Real Estate Owned

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has revised its rule on other real estate owned, originally set to take effect on December 1, 2019, and now plans to implement it on January 1, 2020, following a review of the original effective date.
