DOL Submits OSHA Information Collection Request for Inorganic Arsenic Standard to OMB for Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Occupational Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request for an Inorganic Arsenic Standard, which is currently being reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget for continued use without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
