OCC Publishes Final Rule and Correction for Other Real Estate Owned Rule

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has published a final rule revising the other real estate owned rule and made related technical amendments, with an effective date of December 1, 2019, and later corrected to January 1, 2020.
