US Department of Labor Proposes Update to Exemptions for Executive, Administrative, Professional, Outside Sales, and Computer Employees Under the Fair Labor Standards Act

The US Department of Labor is proposing to update the salary level for executive, administrative, professional, outside sales, and computer employees to ensure the Fair Labor Standards Act's overtime protections are fully implemented and simplify the identification of nonexempt employees.
