Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Rehabilitation Maintenance Certificate to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a revision to its information collection request, Rehabilitation Maintenance Certificate, which is sponsored by the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, and is required for use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
